NHS Management

Working in collaboration with animation agency Little Motel, I animated a short film for the NHS focused on management training and development. The piece aimed to clearly and engagingly communicate best practices and key principles for effective leadership within the NHS system. Little Motel provided a full set of custom-designed assets, which I then brought to life through thoughtful, expressive animation.

All animation was completed using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects, with a focus on smooth, clear motion thaat supported the narrative while staying true to the NHS’s professional tone. The final result was a polished and accessible resource designed to support internal training across NHS teams.
